This place has a great staff and is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and the business district.

Great and convenient hotel with free wi-fi right in the heart of Monroeville. Great service from the very knowledgeable, helpful staff members. Brand-new room, with a clean bathroom and nice beds. Nice location to Monroeville Mall. Also, close to everything.

The employees are all attentive.

Not enough breakfast and noisy hotel at night

Beds were very comfortable

Carpet was sticky in front of the bed by the window in room 211. Then room directly above our room was very loud. You can hear them walk around as if they had heavy feet.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, rooms come with a dresser and a kitchenette, and the location is fantastic in a residential area.

We drove 6 hours - upon arrival had an issue with payment. We were required to pay in full before checking into room. Upon entering the room there was a foul smell, the bathroom door did not close and the room was not clean. We told the front desk and said we would be back but I had to get my children something to eat. The clerk said ok. We returned about an hour later and spoke to the same clerk. He told us "The room had been stayed in and we could not do anything" after some talking he agreed to move us to another room. That room smelled like kielbasa and old cigars. (Nonsmoking hotel!!!) we returned to the front desk and spoke to same man - after being told we could "check out" (pay for one night) we got a full refund. I am waiting for the credit to show on my card. I will never stay at an Extended stay hotel !!!!!

staff was was helpful and friendly. Nice bar/restaurant next door. Large assortment of craft beers made my husband happy. Room was nice. Area good with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Cozy room with a kitchenette to whip up snacks or meals 🍳. The location is handy, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to cool restaurants, shops, and the eastern side of Pittsburgh.

The location was very good. The desk attendant was always friendly. The prices were better than a few others in the same area.

There was never any housekeeping staff around. No one was emptying trash or replacing towels. Guess it was all done by the desk help to keep cost down.
